The Surgix electric suction machine, 1/2 HP, is a high-capacity suction machine built for professional medical use in surgical theaters, ICUs, and emergency care. This electric suction machine is designed to provide fast and efficient fluid removal, helping doctors and nurses maintain clear airways and surgical sites with confidence.
It features a powerful 1/2 HP oil-immersed vacuum pump housed in a durable stainless-steel cabinet with an epoxy powder-coated MS frame and SS top. The machine delivers an impressive airflow rate of ≥40 L/min and a maximum negative pressure of ≥0.09 MPA, all while maintaining a low noise level of ≤65dB(A).
It includes two 2.5L glass graduated suction jars with rubber lids, a vacuum gauge, a vacuum control valve, an overflow cut-off device, and a vertical heavy-duty foot pump for added functionality. Mounted on four castors, it is easy to move and position wherever needed in the hospital environment.
The Surgix electric suction machine operates automatically on a standard AC 220V / 50Hz single-phase power supply with ≤180 VA power input. With its piston pump mechanism, twin glass jars, power indicator, and patient suction tubing, it provides the reliability and ease of use that healthcare professionals depend on during critical procedures.
