- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
- The product is not on the non-returnable list (see below)

- Non-Returnable Items

- Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request:
- Photographic evidence of the issue
- Unboxing video (in select cases)
- Return of the item before replacement
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — depending on your preference and product availability.
- Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method and typically take 7–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- A restocking fee may apply for high-value or specialty items
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you may return it (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
