The HI-VAC PLUSS 60 LTR is a lightweight yet sturdy high-vacuum suction machine built for demanding surgical procedures like neuro, orthopedic, plastic, and obstetric surgeries. It is also widely used in ICUs, emergency departments, and operation theatres where rapid fluid clearance is essential.
This machine uses a double diaphragm pump, which creates a strong vacuum pressure of 600 mmHg and gives a steady flow of 60 liters per minute. It works fast and keeps the surgical area clear by removing blood, mucus, or other fluids.
The suction unit runs on a 220–230V power supply and uses only 200 watts, making it safe to use for long hours. As an electric suction machine, it delivers consistent suction power. Two reusable, autoclavable jars are provided to collect fluids. The machine also includes a bacterial filter to prevent contamination, and the tubing has a 10 mm inner diameter for smooth suction flow.
Its stainless-steel body is rust-free and shockproof. The unit is mounted on four wheels, so it’s easy to move between ICUs, OTs, and emergency rooms. As a portable suction machine, it offers smooth mobility without disturbing ongoing procedures. A vacuum gauge with a release valve allows you to control and monitor the pressure during use.
